Terms of Service
Last Updated: June 5, 2026
Welcome to Fluentix.ai. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our language learning platforms, AI tutor features, assessment modules, video lessons, and associated applications (collectively, the "Services").
Please read these Terms carefully before utilizing the Services. By creating an account or accessing our services (including SSO logins via Google or Microsoft), you confirm your legal agreement to be bound by these Terms.
1. Account Registration and Credentials
To access features like personalized AI tutors and reviews, you must register a secure user account. You agree to provide accurate, complete registration information. You are entirely responsible for protecting your account credentials, including any authorization tokens or passcodes. Standard login, Google Sign-In, and Microsoft Azure Entra ID logins are supported to secure accounts.
2. Permitted Use & Academic Integrity
Fluentix AI is designed to support student curriculum enhancement under educational or individual license frames. You agree not to exploit our platform mechanics, abuse Gemini AI resources, alter or scrape our media synthesizers, or utilize the educational aids to engage in plagiarism or academic dishonesty.
3. Subscription, Payments, and Billing
Specific services on our platform are offered on a tiers basis (e.g., Fluentix Pro and Enterprise licenses). Subscriptions automatic renew on their billing schedule unless explicitly cancelled in the student billing area. All transactional operations are run securely in compliance with commercial payment frameworks.
4. Interactive AI & General Disclaimers
Our platform employs state-of-the-art Large Language Models (Gemini Flash series models) to deliver assessments and custom tutoring explanations. While we tune real-time feedback rubrics for extreme linguistic precision, AI generations may occasionally contain historical or cultural inaccuracies. You acknowledge that AI-provided lessons are meant as self-study companion aids and do not constitute absolute pedagogical certification.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fluentix.ai and its operational partners shall not be held liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime, AI translation variances, or student assessment results.
6. Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes relating to them shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of your local jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
