We collect information necessary to support dynamic language learning journeys. This includes:
- Account Details: Name, academic email address, initials, password credentials, role identifier (Student, Teacher, or School Admin). All authentication accounts align with secure Firebase modules.
- Federated Identity Sign-In Tokens: Secure callback profile telemetry passed by identity providers (e.g., Google or Microsoft Entra ID logins).
- Study Telemetry data: Completed audio interactions, active score thresholds in our AI Assessments module, and milestone timestamps matching daily goals.
2. How We Use Information
Information collected is strictly scoped to maintain functional study profiles:
- Generating highly customized, context-aware student assessments via Gemini API.
- Synchronizing streak calculators and maintaining continuous Daily Goal calendars within Firestore database modules.
- Assisting school admins to view performance reviews and assignments on central progress panels.
3. Data Sharing & Security Limits
Fluentix AI does not trade or lease your personal information. Under secure, non-dissemination agreements, academic answers are shared only with AI endpoints (Gemini models) to format explanation banners. We store account elements within GCP Firestore clouds safeguarded by verified authorization firewalls configured under firestore rules.
4. Cookies and Web Storage
We use minimal local browser buffers (such as client-side localStorage) and auth state listeners to hold session data. These storage mechanisms ensure you stay logged in and keep your progress synced across video libraries or AI modules.
5. Your Privacy Rights
You retain full control over your academic data. You can access, review, modify, or completely delete your account info anytime directly in the Fluentix Settings panels or by making a formal deletion ping to our support channels.
